2 Favorite Fat Bomb Recipes

Desserts, Fat Bombs
featured image

Since it’s a bit tricky sometimes to get enough fat intake every day, and since a lot of us have a sweet tooth, many people have come up with Fat Bomb recipes.

I have tried a lot of them and 2 of them stand out as my absolute FAVORITES!! ❤️

I cannot take credit for either of these recipes, since they were already perfected by others… no need for improvements, so I’ll link over to the websites where I found them.

After further ado, my top favorite fat bomb recipe are…

Chocolate Covered Buttercream Fat Bombs

I just tried making these for the first time a week or two ago, and not only do I love them, but my daughter loves them too! Needless to say, they didn’t last long, and we’re already making another batch tonight!

These are great to make a big batch and keep them in the freezer for when you’re craving something sweet! It’s also fun to experiment with different shaped molds!

One thing I have to do when eating these, is grab out a couple small ones, then seal up the container and put it back in the freezer so that I’m not tempted to eat them all. 😂😂

My long-time favorite (that I found the recipe to my very first week on Keto) is…

Peanut Butter Cup Fat Bombs

These are the perfect combination of peanut butter and chocolate for an amazingly smooth fat bomb!

These are not as sweet as the buttercream ones, but when I’m craving something peanutbuttery, this is the perfect fix! I whip up a batch of 12 of these by placing plastic wrap across a 12 cup cupcake tin, and once they’ve hardened, I pop them, plastic wrap & all, in a plastic container and keep in my fridge.

I’ve tried other fat bomb recipes as well, but either they were complete fails, or they just don’t compare to the yumminess of these two, that I won’t bother making any of them again.

Eat dark chocolate. Even though it’s more bitter, it has better nutrition than sugary chocolate.
