This is a super quick & easy, yet very tasty side dish to whip up to go with any protein!
Sometimes there’s not much time for creative side-dishes, so this is the perfect option!
When I’m short on time, I prefer to use the microwavable bags of veggies, but you could also steam fresh broccoli for this, if you prefer. It’ll just take a bit longer.
I start by microwaving the microwavable bag of riced cauliflower for 6 minutes. After drizzling olive oil in a pan, I add in the riced cauliflower and soy sauce & mix, then stir occasionally until browned & a little crispy.
While the cauliflower is frying, I heat the microwavable bag of broccoli in the microwave for 6 minutes. When both are done, I add the broccoli, fried riced cauliflower, & butter to a serving dish and stir to mix. Then I serve it with meat, preferably chicken, but this would be great with almost any protein… even eggs or tofu!

- 1 10oz bag riced cauliflower (microwavable)
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 12oz bag broccoli florets (microwavable)
- 1 Tbsp butter (use butter alternative to make Vegan)

- Microwave bag of riced cauliflower for 6 minutes on high.
- Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of a large frying pan and turn to medium-high heat.
- Add riced cauliflower & soy sauce, stirring to mix, stir occasionally until browned & partially crispy.
- While cauliflower is frying, microwave broccoli florets for 6 minutes on high.
- Add fried riced cauliflower, broccoli, & butter to a medium serving dish and stir.
- Serve hot with your choice of protein!
