Ingredients

10oz bag
riced cauliflower
(microwavable)
2
Tbsp
olive oil
2
Tbsp
soy sauce
1
12oz bag
broccoli florets
(microwavable)
1
Tbsp
butter
(use butter alternative to make Vegan)
Instructions
Microwave bag of riced cauliflower for 6 minutes on high.
Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of a large frying pan and turn to medium-high heat.
Add riced cauliflower & soy sauce, stirring to mix, stir occasionally until browned & partially crispy.
While cauliflower is frying, microwave broccoli florets for 6 minutes on high.
Add fried riced cauliflower, broccoli, & butter to a medium serving dish and stir.
Serve hot with your choice of protein!
