Broccoli Fried “Rice”
This is a super quick & easy, yet very tasty side dish to whip up to go with any protein!

  1. Microwave bag of riced cauliflower for 6 minutes on high.
  2. Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of a large frying pan and turn to medium-high heat.
  3. Add riced cauliflower & soy sauce, stirring to mix, stir occasionally until browned & partially crispy.
  4. While cauliflower is frying, microwave broccoli florets for 6 minutes on high.
  5. Add fried riced cauliflower, broccoli, & butter to a medium serving dish and stir.
  6. Serve hot with your choice of protein!
