Keto Everything Bagels

If you’ve been missing a good bacon, egg, & cheese sandwich for breakfast… problem solved… these bagels are delicious and so easy to make!!!

I start off by heating the cream cheese & shredded mozzarella cheese in a bowl for about a minute and a half, until it’s softened & melty enough to be able to stir together, then add the almond flour, psyllium husk powder, and egg, and mix together until smooth, probably for about 3 minutes-ish.

I separate the dough into 4 equal parts and form each one into the shape of a bagel, by creating a longish log shape, then forming it into a circle, and placing on a parchment paper lined baking sheet, and sprinkling each, generously with Everything but the Bagel seasoning.

Pop them into the oven to bake for 30 minutes, or until golden brown.  I enjoy these by slicing them, toasing them, buttering them, then making a bacon, egg, & cheese sandwich, but they can be enjoyed any way you’d like!

I hope you enjoy this recipe as much as I do! Also, don’t forget to tag #KetoYum, #KetoYumFood, & @KetoYumFood when posting photos to your social media!
