Ingredients
3
cups
shredded mozzarella cheese
3
Tbsp
cream cheese
1.5
cups
almond flour
3
eggs
2
Tbsp
butter
melted
Everything but the Bagel Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Melt together cheeses in medium glass bowl in the microwave, in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until fully melted & smooth.
Add in almond flour & eggs and fully mix.
Spread out dough evenly in the bottom of a large bar pan.
Drizzle melted butter over top of dough, & spread out evenly with the back of a spoon, then sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning.
Bake for 30 minutes. (Cook times may vary, depending on elevation & bar pan material, so you may want to check it after 20-25 minutes)
Cut into 12 pieces (3×4) & let cool completely, so that the bread stiffens up, before removing from the pan with a spatula & enjoying!
