Ingredients
1
zucchini
2
tbsp
olive oil
Himalayan pink sea salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Slice the zucchini into thin slices.
Heat olive oil in large frying pan.
Place slices of zucchini in a thin layer, covering the pan.
When bottoms brown & crisp up, flip and let the other side crisp & brown up.
Remove from pan, sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Let cool, then enjoy!
