  • 2slices baconcooked & crumbled

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. cut stems off of peppers & slice lengthwise
  3. scoop out seeds from pepper halves
filling
  1. soften cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl
  2. mix cheddar cheese, salt, pepper, garlic, seasoning, & bacon with the cream cheese
  3. spoon mixture into the peppers
cook & finish
  1. line filled peppers on baking sheet
  2. bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees
  3. remove from oven & top with crumbled bacon
  4. serve & enjoy!
