Savory Breakfast Chaffles
I’m a huge fan of savory & filling breakfasts and this checks both boxes and it’s super simple to make!

Instructions
  1. Heat waffle iron.
  2. With fork, mix 1 egg, 1/2 cup cheese, & 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning in small bowl.
  3. Spray heated waffle iron with oil, place mixture in center of waffle iron, close & cook until indicator tells you it’s done, then remove with a fork & spread with butter.
  4. While first chaffle is cooking, mix remaining 1 egg, 1/2 cup cheese, & 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning in small bowl.
  5. When first chaffle is done, place mixture of second one in center of waffle iron, close & cook until indicator tells you it’s done, then remove with a fork & spread with butter.
  6. Top both buttered chaffles with diced avocado, sprinkle with Everything but the Bagel Seasoning, and a side of bacon. Enjoy!
