People have just started realizing how effective and beneficial low-carb / keto ways of eating are, even though there have been low-carb diets out there for years. When you don’t consume as many carbohydrates, it puts your body into a state of ketosis, which causes your body to burn fat for energy. The results are usually fast fat & water loss, which is also easy to maintain. I have found that since starting keto, I have more energy, less cravings, and I stay full for longer.
