My name is Carrie Marie. I am a wife, a mother, a daughter, and a sister. I enjoy spending time with my family, and if I have free time, I like to do crafts & DIY projects! I started my Keto journey on October 4th, 2017, after doing research for a while, to make sure this was right for me. In just the first couple months, I found myself feeling full longer, my skin had improved, and I lost 20lbs! My pants started to actually get loose, rather than tight... what an amazing feeling that is! I'm excited to share recipes that I find or create with you!

In addition to my Keto lifestyle, I also started going to the gym to tone up that lose skin, and started kickboxing in December 2017, where I also participated in workout challenges! Due to Covid-19, my kickboxing studio closed, so I started running and doing workout videos & programs at home to keep my body in optimal health, while maintaining my weight. As a note, I surpassed my weight loss goal in my first full year with keto and have maintained ever since that time.
