Immune Boosting Smoothie

Not only is this smoothie absolutely delicious, but it’s great for the immune system and easy to make!  We all have to keep our immune system strong!

I used a single serving blender to make my smoothie, so the ingredients reflect that, but if you’d like to make a bigger batch for your family in a larger blender, feel free to multiply the recipe!

I just adding in all of the ingredients into my blender, with the frozen berries first and everything else over the top of that.  I like using a mixture of frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, & blackberries), but only strawberries & blueberries are shown here.  Once the berries are in, I add in the freshly sqeezed orange & lemon, stevia, ground ginger (I use fresh), tumeric & a snap pack of good quality CBD Oil (I use Full-Spectrum, but there’s also THC Free for those who get drug tested for work).  Then blend, adding in more citrus juice liquid, if needed, and pushing down any frozen chunks to the bottom, until fully blended.  Pour into a drinking glass of your choice & enjoy!!

Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients into a blender, starting with the frozen berries
  2. Blend until smooth
  3. Pour into a glass & enjoy!
