Keto Blueberries & Cream Snack

This delicious snack is quick & easy to make and packed with goodness!

This is literally such a quick & healthy snack to make.  I just pour my frozen blueberries into a bowl, sprinkle with stevia, then top with heavy cream!  The measurements don’t need to be exact.  The cream freezes around the blueberries for an awesome ice creamy texture!  I usually let it sit for about 5-7 minutes before eating, so that the blueberries have time to start thawing & the cream has time to freeze around the berries.
