Product Review – Keto Peanut Butter Cookie Mix
I absolutely love cookies, but don’t always have time to make them from scratch when I feel like them, so a Keto cookie mix is a great solution!
It only called for a stick of butter, an egg, and optional vanilla extract. I melted the butter in a medium glass bowl, creamed in the egg & vanilla, then mixed in the cookie mix. By the smell of the cookie dough, I wasn’t sure if I was going to like them or not.
At first when I read the nutrition facts on the label, I thought it said that a serving size was 1/2 the package! Hahaha! It really says that it’s 1/12 of the package, meaning 1 cookie.
There was enough dough for 12 cookies, which I flattened out in a criss cross pattern on a parchment paper lined cookie sheet, and they only took 10 minutes to bake. With how cold our house is, I only had to wait a few minutes for them to cool down before I could try them.
What did I think?
They’re good!! They’re chewy with a yummy peanut butter taste, not too sweet, and only 3 net carbs per cookie!
