Quick & Easy Mexican Dip
Having friends over and need to whip up something quick, or just feel like a yummy snack? This dip is perfect for parties, holidays, or as an appetizer!
I start off by softening the cream cheese in a pie plate, then spreading it out evenly along the bottom.
I then layer on the salsa & shredded cheese and warm in the microwave for 5 minutes.
Voila! That’s it! The dip is ready to be served & eaten! I enjoy dipping pork rinds, chia chips, whisps, & celery in mine.

- 3/4 cup salsa
- 3/4 cup shredded fiesta cheese

Instructions
- Soften cream cheese in a pie plate in the microwave for a minute, then spread out evenly to cover the bottom.
- Pour on the salsa & spread out to cover the cream cheese evenly.
- Sprinkle on the cheese, evenly over the top.
- Microwave for 5 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Serve & enjoy!
