Italian Pizza
Pizza is a favorite meal at our house! This Italian Pizza is not only Keto-friendly & easy to make, but it’s melt-in-your-mouth yummy!
I start by putting my ground turkey, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, & Italian seasoning in a large bowl & mixing well.
Then, I spread the mixture out evenly in the bottom of an edged baking stone and bake for 10 minutes at 350, to firm it up a bit.
After removing from the oven, I spread the tomato sauce on the turkey crust, and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella, Italian seasoning, pepperoni, & shredded salami, then return to the oven to bake for 15 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted, then put under the broiler at 550 for 5 minutes, or the meat is a little crispy around the edges.
I cut the pizza into 8 equal pieces, serve, & enjoy… yum!

- 20.8 oz ground turkey
- 15 oz ricotta cheese
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 Tbsp Italian seasoning (optional)
- pepperoni
- salami (shredded)

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Mix ground turkey, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, & Italian seasoning in a large mixing bowl.
- Spread turkey mixture evenly in the bottom of an edged baking pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Spread tomato sauce over turkey crust, then top with shredded mozzarella cheese, a little more Italian seasoning (optional), pepperoni, & salami.
- Return to oven & bake for another 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted, then under the broiler for another 5 minutes, or until edges of the meat are crispy!
