Pizza is a favorite meal at our house! This Italian Pizza is not only Keto-friendly & easy to make, but it’s melt-in-your-mouth yummy!
I start by putting my ground turkey, ricotta cheese, minced garlic, & Italian seasoning in a large bowl & mixing well.
Then, I spread the mixture out evenly in the bottom of an edged baking stone and bake for 10 minutes at 350, to firm it up a bit.
After removing from the oven, I spread the tomato sauce on the turkey crust, and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella, Italian seasoning, pepperoni, & shredded salami, then return to the oven to bake for 15 more minutes, or until the cheese is melted, then put under the broiler at 550 for 5 minutes, or the meat is a little crispy around the edges.
I cut the pizza into 8 equal pieces, serve, & enjoy… yum!
